TikTok accounts for Spark posts

Each Business Center posts through the TikTok accounts their owners approved for it. Adding one needs the account's owner to open a TikTok link once; linking it to every ad account in the Business Center is automatic after that.

Paste a TikTok video link and exactly 30 comments. Delivery is spread across several sources, so one slow source can’t hold up the whole order.

Landing pages

Upload or paste a page, give it an address, publish it. The URL goes straight into a campaign’s Website field.

Publish landing pages to your own Netlify, Cloudflare or GitHub accounts — each account connected on its own.

Card library

Add a card once and use it on any ad account. Pick it by name when you build a campaign and the TikTok id is created on that account automatically, the first time it is used there, and remembered — which is why nothing here asks which account you are uploading to. Adding a card to accounts below is optional and only creates those ids early.

Add a card — PNG or JPG, landscape, exactly 750 × 421 pixels (width × height), up to 2 MB. Checked here before anything is uploaded.

Choose image…

No image chosen.

Business Center — chooses which accounts each card below can be added to. The upload above does not use it.

Cards already on this ad account

A read-only look at ONE account, and the only place a card built in Ads Manager — outside this library entirely — ever shows up. Harvested from the account's existing ads: TikTok has no card-library endpoint to list them directly, so a card only appears here once an ad uses it. Nothing here creates anything.

Create Campaign

Pick a template to pre-fill a new campaign with measured-correct settings. Each template uses objective/goal/bid/pacing combinations confirmed by the validation matrix.

API reference — what TikTok actually enforces

From the validation matrix (520 calls, 2026-09-20). Use this when building your own templates — the API accepts things the UI doesn't show, and silently ignores things it accepts.

Parameter	What works	What doesn't
Objective → Goal	Must match on v1.3 (all 10 mismatches rejected)	v1.2 gap: CONVERSIONS+CLICK accepted
skip_learning_phase	Decorative — v1.3 always stores true, v1.2 always stores false, regardless of what you send
Minimum bid	$0.01 accepted at create AND update on both versions	No API-level minimum
Budget arithmetic	Adgroup budgets can exceed campaign budget (CBO distributes at delivery)	No create-time validation
Pacing + windows	PACING_MODE_FAST + 15-min window accepted	No minimum schedule duration
Dual bids	TikTok picks conversion_bid_price on OCPM, zeroes bid_price	Cannot confuse auction
Post-create updates	Bid price + pacing mode changeable	Goal/objective changes: code 0 but silently ignored (readback unchanged)

Hybrid Test — campaign cap + ad group budget

Each card pre-fills a campaign with a campaign-level budget cap AND an ad-group budget at the same time — the hybrid shape (campaign budget with no budget_optimize_on, measured 2026-09-21). Pick a card, choose an account, upload. Campaigns go live after TikTok review, so you can watch real spend.

How the hybrid works: the campaign budget is a hard spend ceiling; each ad group still spends against its own budget. It is not CBO — TikTok's optimizer does not redistribute between ad groups (that mode requires the flag, which zeroes ad-group budgets). Cost caps are allowed here (they are refused only under true CBO). Product Sales cards need an account with a TikTok Shop/catalog; on accounts without one TikTok refuses the shell.
